How Do We Protect Your Information?

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private purchase-related information (credit/debit card numbers, billing information, etc.) will not be retained or stored on our servers.

Opt Out Procedures
If you have submitted information to Twenty Twenty and would like to have the information deleted and/or removed from active use by Twenty Twenty, you may request removal by emailing info@twentytwenty.com at any time. Please allow up to 7 business days for the requested deletion/removal to take effect.
Applicants for Employment
This policy covers the information you share with us and/or which may be acquired or produced by Twenty Twenty during the application or recruitment process including:
- Your name, address, email address, telephone number and other contact information;
- Your resume or CV, cover letter, previous and/or relevant work experience or other experience, education, transcripts, or other information you provide to us in support of an application and/or the application and recruitment process;

Rights Related to Employees Outside of the United States
If you are a citizen of a non-U.S. country, including a member state of the European Union, employed by Twenty Twenty and/or one of its affiliates and reside outside of the U.S., your personal information and personal data is subject to the principles set forth in this Privacy Policy. In consideration of your employment, you consent to the transfer from your country of residence to the U.S. of certain of your personal information, including name, postal address, telephone number, and information related to your employment status, including personally identifiable information and/or personal data necessary to establish and maintain your employment. Your information will be used by Twenty Twenty for the limited purposes related to your employment.
